Description

  • Project Planning & Design
  • Prepare detailed designs and blueprints for infrastructure projects such as roads, bridges, buildings, and water systems.
  • Conduct site inspections and feasibility studies to assess project viability.
  • Construction Supervision
  • Oversee construction activities to ensure compliance with designs, specifications, and safety regulations.
  • Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
  • Compliance & Documentation
  • Ensure projects meet local building codes, environmental laws, and zoning regulations.
  • Prepare and submit necessary permits and reports to relevant government agencies, such as DPWH and DENR.
  • Cost Estimation & Budget Management
  • Estimate costs and prepare budgets for materials, labor, and equipment.
  • Monitor expenses to keep projects within budget.
  • Quality Assurance & Problem-Solving
  • Conduct quality control checks and address issues during construction.
  • Resolve any technical or structural challenges that arise on-site.

Requirement

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
  • Must be a licensed Civil Engineer in the Philippines (PRC).
  • At least 2-3 years of experience in construction or infrastructure projects.
  • Proficient in design software (e.g., AutoCAD, STAAD, SketchUp).
  • Knowledge of local codes and regulations (e.g., National Building Code, DPWH Standards).
