Description :

1. Record in the monitoring sheet all the actual quantity received from delivery based on actual quantity of items received and in comparison, with the quantity as indicated in the Delivery Receipt or Sales Invoice.

Performance Standard/s:

  • Zero incidence of miscounting received items.
  • Zero incidence of damage on items during loading and unloading.
  • Zero incidence of non-reminding the Forklift operator for properly handling in loading received items.
  • Zero incidence of wrong encoding of received items such as item code, item description, supplier name etc.
  • Zero incidence of not overwriting wrong quantities indicated in the Delivery Receipt or Sales Invoice and asking for the trucker to sign on the overwritten quantities.

     

2.  Forward Delivery Receipts or Sales Invoices to Receiving Encoder for encoding.

Performance Standard/s:

  • Zero incidence of non-forwarding or delay in forwarding of Delivery Receipt to the Receiving Encoder.


3. Count and check the outgoing items if they are the same with the dispatch sheet.

Performance Standard/s:

  • Zero incidence of miscounting outgoing items.
  • Zero incidence of failure to check actual item load vs. dispatch sheet.
  • Zero incidence of failure to check stock is within the prescribed limit of expiration date.


4.Record all outgoing items in the monitoring sheet.

Performance Standard/s:

  • Zero incidence of non-recording or wrong recording of actual dispatched items such as item code, item description, supplier name etc.

 

5. Punctual and complete attendance on all company-required meetings, trainings and seminars involving warehouse improvement project

Performance Standard/s:

  • Zero incidence of failure to ensure 100% attendance on all trainings, seminars and orientation required and sponsored by the FSC management.
  • Zero incidence of failure to ensure 100% attendance on all trainings, seminars and orientation required and sponsored by the PMFTC management.
  • Zero incidence of failure to represent FSC on any business gatherings/occasion sponsored by the client and/or principal related to business growth and improvements.

 

6. Implement and comply with all the policies, procedures, and work documentations with the requirements of Quality Management System including Good Warehousing Practices (GWP), 5S and Safety.

 Performance Standard/s:

  • Zero incidences of non-complying with all the policies, procedures and work documentations with the requirements of QMS including Good Warehousing Practices, 5S and Safety.

 

7. Perform other functions as may be required by the FSC Management

  • Responsible for monitoring all movements of stocks from incoming to outgoing of all items in their respective areas.
  • Responsible for the receiving of Finished Goods (FG)/POSM from different suppliers and factories/warehouse.
  • Responsible in ensuring the accuracy of actual items received based on the receiving documents provided by the truckers.
  • Checked actual item load vs. dispatch sheet. He also ensures that all items for dispatching are within the prescribed limit of expiration dates

Requirements :

  • Less than 1 year of experience
  • High school/ Senior high school graduate required
