岗位职责：
1.用户增长策略制定与执行：
a.制定并实施用户增长策略，推动新用户获取和现有用户留存。
b.分析用户数据，挖掘增长机会，优化用户增长路径和策略。
c.设计和执行增长实验，通过A/B测试等方法验证增长策略的有效性。
Requirement
数据分析与洞察：
a.监控和分析用户行为数据，生成用户增长报告和洞察。
b.利用数据分析工具，追踪关键增长指标并提出改进建议。
c.进行市场和竞争分析，识别行业趋势和市场机会。
