Description

1、深度参与产品研发项目，协同产品经理、业务研发、用户反馈团队优质交付产品；

2、质量体系规划、建设，保证项目进度与质量；

3、参与自动化框架体系建设，熟悉主流自动化测试框架；

4、提高团队测试效率，以及辅导初中级测试人员；

5、参与自动化框架设计与开发；

6、完善研发过程中质量和效率问题的发现机制, 并提出明确改进意见；

7、线上线下故障追踪及分析定位；

Requirement

1、本科及以上学历，计算机、通信等相关专业；

2、能独立承担业务线是质量保证任务

3、掌握Python/shell/go/php中一种或者多种语言，需有实际编程开发经验。

4、熟悉数据库，kafka，reids等中间件

5、具备项目管理能力、跨团队沟通和协调能力。

6、重视质量文化一切已线上质量为第一优先级

7、较强的业务分析能力，工作积极主动，自我学习能力强。

8、认可快速发展阶段的移动互联网公司及文化；

有金融衍生品测试经验优先
