Ensure Accuracy and Security: Maintain meticulous accuracy in all transactions, ensuring proper cash handling, voiding procedures, and adherence to security protocols.
Provide Excellent Customer Service: Interact with guests in a friendly and professional manner, resolving any issues promptly and efficiently.
Maintain a Clean and Organized Workspace: Ensure the cashier area is clean, organized, and well-stocked with necessary supplies.
Contribute to Team Success: Collaborate effectively with other bar staff to ensure a smooth and seamless guest experience.
Adhere to Company Policies: Comply with all company policies and procedures, including cash handling guidelines, security protocols, and responsible alcohol service.

Proven experience in a cashier or supervisory role within the hospitality industry, preferably in a bar or restaurant environment.
Strong understanding of cash handling procedures, POS systems, and reconciliation processes.
Excellent customer service skills, with a focus on providing a positive and efficient experience.
Ability to work accurately and efficiently under pressure, maintaining a high level of attention to detail.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Ability to work effectively as part of a team and contribute to a positive work environment.
