Description
- Greet customers and process orders at the register.
- Handle cash, credit card, and digital payments accurately.
- Provide accurate change and issue receipts.
- Answer customer questions about the menu, pricing, or restaurant policies.
- Maintain a clean and organized checkout area.
- Assist with packaging orders or stocking supplies when needed.
- Resolve minor customer concerns or escalate to management as necessary.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous cashier or customer service experience is a plus.
- Basic math and computer skills
