Description

  • Accurately handle cash, chips, and vouchers during gaming and non-gaming transactions.
  • Provide excellent service to guests, answering questions and assisting with transactions.
  • Maintain accurate records of cash flow, daily transactions, and discrepancies.
  • Ensure adherence to gaming regulations and company policies regarding cash handling.
  • Address and resolve customer inquiries or issues related to transactions promptly.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; some positions may require further education or certification.
  • Previous experience in cash handling or customer service is preferred.
  • Strong numerical and mathematical skills; proficiency in using cash registers and point-of-sale systems.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact effectively with guests.
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail in financial transactions.
