Description

  • Welcoming customers, answering their questions, helping them locate items, and providing advice or recommendations.
  • Operating scanners, scales, cash registers, and other electronics.
  • Balancing the cash register and generating reports for credit and debit sales.
  • Accepting payments, ensuring all prices and quantities are accurate and proving a receipt to every customer.


Requirements

  • Basic proficiency in math and computer use
  • Previous cashier experience is an advantage
  • Capable of managing a high volume of transactions
  • Strong verbal communication skills
  • Familiarity with cash handling equipment, such as POS systems, scanners, and cash drawers.
  • Attentive to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to collaborate effectively within a team and follow directions
