Description

Facilitate efficient transactions and provide a warm experience to customers at Tony Ting Food Concepts Inc.
Handle cash, credit, and other forms of payment in a dynamic food and beverages environment.
Maintain accuracy of the point of sale system, ensuring all transactions are recorded correctly.
Balance cash drawers and generate reports for management.
Provide excellent customer service, answering questions and resolving issues promptly.

Requirements

Educational Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent required.
Experience Level: Previous cashier or customer service experience preferred.
Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in handling cash, credit card transactions, and a POS system. Basic math skills and computer literacy.
Responsibilities and Duties: Process sales transactions, manage cash drawer, provide customer assistance, maintain cleanliness and order at the checkout area.
Working Conditions: Must be able to work on feet for extended periods, handle busy and stressful environments.
