Description

  • Greet customers and efficiently manage all cash and card transactions at our registers.
  • Maintain accurate accounts of all transactions and provide receipts to customers.
  • Ensure the financial integrity of the sales floor and adherence to Tony Ting Food Concepts Inc's policies.
  • Provide excellent customer service by assisting patrons with inquiries and service related issues.
  • Collaborate with the food & beverage team to maintain a clean and welcoming environment.

Requirements

  • Educational Qualifications: Minimum of a high/senior high school degree; additional certifications in finance or accounting a plus.
  • Experience Level: Entry-level position, less than 1 year of experience required; prior experience in retail or customer service is advantageous.
  • Skills and Competencies: Proficient in inventory management, basic marketing techniques, sales management, strong analytical skills, and the ability to work well in a team. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required, alongside being a proficient problem solver with effective customer management aptitude.
  • Responsibilities and Duties: Handle all cash transactions, manage inventory, engage with customers to provide excellent service, participate in marketing initiatives, and assist with sales management tasks. Must accurately process transactions and resolve any discrepancies.
  • Working Conditions: Position demands prolonged periods of standing, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and availability to work on weekends, holidays, and possibly extended hours.
  • Qualities and Traits: Candidate must have a strong work ethic, exhibit superb communication skills, thrive in a team environment, and consistently demonstrate a service-oriented attitude. The ability to multitask and remain composed under pressure is essential.
