We are looking for Call Center Agents to join our team! You will be the first point of contact for our customers. Your main goal is to help customers with their questions, concerns, and requests over the phone.
What you'll do every day:
Take incoming calls and assist customers
Share product information in a clear and simple way
Help customers with questions or concerns
Update account details when needed
Keep accurate records of each call
Qualifications
At least 6 months call center experience
SH/SHS Grad
Willing to work on site
Basic computer literacy
Good communication skills
