  • Handle customer inquiries and provide solutions via phone and email in a timely and empathetic manner.
  • Document all call information according to standard operating procedures.
  • Maintain high customer satisfaction levels.
  • Participate in ongoing training to improve knowledge and performance level.
  • Assist with placement of orders, refunds, or exchanges.

Requirements

  • Job Title: Call Center Representative
  • Educational Qualifications: Minimum of High/Senior High School degree; further certifications or coursework in communication a plus.
  • Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in a customer service call center environment.
  • Skills and Competencies: Strong verbal communication, active listening, problem-solving, basic computer and typing skills, customer-oriented approach.
  • Responsibilities and Duties: Answering customer calls, addressing inquiries, providing solutions, documenting call information, meeting service quality standards.
  • Working Conditions: Fast-paced office setting; requires sitting for long periods and handling a high volume of calls.
  • Qualities and Traits: Patience, empathy, adaptability, attentiveness, and detail orientation. Must maintain professionalism under pressure.
