  • We are seeking a motivated Seller Support Representative to join our team. In this role, you will provide exceptional customer service through email and chat support.

Requirements

  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree
  • Experience Level: Entry-level, at least 6 momths of experience required.
  • Skills and Competencies: Strong customer service acumen, outstanding interpersonal skills, effective communication abilities, adept in handling customer inquiries and complaints, proficient with call center technology and software.
  • Responsibilities and Duties: Answering customer calls, providing information on products/services, resolving issues, documenting call details, and following up on customer interactions.
  • Working Conditions: Office environment, potentially including shift work, weekends, and holidays. Expect high-volume call periods with the necessity for multitasking.
  • Qualities and Traits: Patient, empathetic, adaptable, resilient, with a customer-oriented attitude and an exceptional work ethic.
