We're hiring experienced Customer Service Representatives to join our growing team. If you have at least 6 months of experience and enjoy helping people, we want to hear from you. You'll be the voice of our company, answering calls, providing product info, and resolving customer issues.
What you'll be responsible for:
Answering inbound calls professionally and with a smile
Explaining products in clear, simple terms
Resolving issues quickly and with care
Helping customers with account updates
Documenting calls accurately
Qualifications
At least 6 months call center experience
SH/SHS Grad
Willing to work on site
Basic computer literacy
Good communication skills
