Description :
- Respond to customer inquiries with professionalism and empathy via phone, email, and chat.
- Resolve product or service problems by clarifying customer complaints.
- Capture customer information, record call details, and follow up on unresolved issues.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge to drive effectiveness and provide exceptional service.
- Meet personal/team sales targets and call handling quotas to support business objectives.
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction, building sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication.
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to find the best solutions for customer needs.
Requirements :
- Educational Qualifications: Minimum of a Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
- Experience Level: Entry-level position, less than 1 year of experience required, preferably in a customer service environment.
- Skills and Competencies:
- Proficient in the English language both in verbal and written communications.
- Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to maintain a positive attitude.
- Effective problem-solving abilities to resolve customer concerns efficiently.
- Demonstrated strong work ethic and reliability.
- Responsibilities and Duties:
- Answering incoming calls and addressing customer queries and complaints.
- Providing product and service information to customers.
- Logging call information and maintaining accurate customer records.
- Collaborating with team members to achieve better results and high customer satisfaction.
- Working Conditions: Primarily in-office role with potential for high-volume call periods; may be required to work shifts, including evenings and weekends.
- Qualities and Traits: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; patient and empathetic; adept at multitasking and handling stressful situations calmly.
