CAD designers use technology to help generate designs for complex projects. These designs may be used to create 2D images, a process known as surface modeling, or 3D images, or solid modeling. CAD designers must have strong computer skills and extensive knowledge of design software.

• Interpreting project briefs and meeting with clients, engineers, and architects to ensure all blueprints and technical drawings are completed to specifications.
• Producing rough sketches and using CAD software to prepare detailed drawings, plans, and blueprints
• Ensuring drawings are compliant with building regulations and engineering principles.
• Communicating potential design issues to engineers and architects.
• Conducting research when required.
• They attend meetings with clients to understand project specifications.

• Preferably a Bachelor’s degree in , Interior Design, Industrial Engineering, Drafting or equivalent.
• Minimum of one (1) year experience in making/preparing a Site Development Plan for Horizontal Subdivision.
• Should be well verse in Auto CAD, Enscape Operator 3D MAX, Revit, Sketchup or other graphic aided use in designing and rendering.
• Preferably living within the vicinity or amenable to work in Valenzuela or relocate prior to on-boarding.
• Willing to be assign in TAGUIG or PASAY project
