Job Description

The Buyer is responsible for identifying, evaluating, and purchasing goods, materials, and services to support business operations and revenue goals. You will manage vendor relationships, negotiate contracts to secure the best pricing and terms, and ensure product quality and timely delivery while controlling operational costs.


Key Responsibilities


  • Sourcing & Vendor Discovery: Identify and evaluate top-quality suppliers to get the best value and quality for the business.
  • Negotiation & Contracting: Negotiate purchasing costs, payment terms, and delivery schedules to maximize cost savings.
  • Order Execution: Issue purchase orders (POs), track shipment status, and handle any product or delivery discrepancies.
  • Supplier Relationship Management: Serve as the main point of contact for vendors and build long-term, positive partnerships.
  • Market Analysis: Keep an eye on market trends and pricing changes to identify smart purchasing opportunities.


What We Are Looking For


  • 1–3+ years of experience in buying, procurement, or purchasing.
  • Strong ability to negotiate contracts, prices, and favorable terms.
  • High accuracy when managing numbers, purchase orders, and vendor agreements.
  • Comfortable using MS Excel and ERP/procurement software.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
