Description
- Cut, trim, grind, and prepare various cuts of meat, including beef, pork, lamb, poultry, and specialty meats.
- Bone and portion meats into cuts, following specific instructions or customer preferences.
- Operate meat-cutting equipment (saws, grinders, knives, etc.) safely and efficiently.
Requirement
- Proven experience as a butcher or in a similar role within the food production or retail industry.
- Knowledge of various cuts of meat, preparation methods, and techniques.
- Strong knife skills and experience with meat-cutting equipment.
- Ability to work quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Strong communication skills and customer service abilities.
