What You’ll Do:

• Create and maintain detailed and clear documentation such as Business Requirements Definition (BRD), Functional Design Specifications (FDS), and Gap Analysis Report
• Provide input into the design of databases, user interfaces, and system integrations
• Responsible for day-to-day management of the project in regard to its scope, schedule, and quality
• Collaborate with project owners to ensure timely and successful delivery of projects. Manage and prioritize multiple tasks and projects effectively.
• Responsible for handling conflicts in business processes and harmonizing different process owners.

What You’ll Bring:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor/College Degree
• With at least 6 months exposure in Life Insurance
• At least one year experience in business process analysis and documentation
• At least one year experience in QA or software testing
