Description

  • Lead a dynamic sales team to exceed revenue goals by developing and implementing strategic sales plans.
  • Cultivate relationships with key clients in the wholesale/distributor sector to enhance The Tailored Living's market presence.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to adjust tactics and drive business growth.
  • Coach and mentor sales staff, fostering a high-performance sales culture.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.

Requirements

  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • Experience Level: At least 5 years of sales experience with a track record of achieving targets, 2+ years in a managerial position.
  • Skills and Competencies: Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills; proficiency in CRM software and data analysis; understanding of market trends.
  • Responsibilities and Duties: Develop and implement sales strategies, manage and mentor sales team, set and oversee sales targets, prepare and present sales reports.
  • Working Conditions: Full-time position requiring occasional travel and flexibility in hours to accommodate client meetings and sales events.
  • Qualities and Traits: Results-driven, proactive, excellent interpersonal skills, able to work under pressure, and a team player.
