Summer Technic (Sace Lady PH) is looking for an experienced and strategic Business Development Supervisor to lead and grow our business development initiatives. This role involves overseeing business development activities, guiding the team in identifying growth opportunities, and cultivating relationships with key partners and clients. The ideal candidate has a strong background in business development, leadership skills, and a drive for achieving results in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and mentor the business development team to achieve targets and objectives
• Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and expand market presence
• Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and areas for growth
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and key stakeholders
• Conduct market research to keep up with industry trends and competitive landscape
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align growth strategies
• Track and report on business development metrics, providing insights and recommendations
• Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals to potential partners and clients

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
• Experience: At least 3 years in business development, sales, or a related role, with supervisory experience preferred
• Technical Skills:
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Familiarity with CRM tools and data analysis software is a plus
