I am Hiring Business Development Manager with Experience in Business to Business (B2B) Experience in a Recruitment or Staffing services is advantage.
What you will do?
Acquire Clients who we can endorse applicants either for volume or mass hiring like BPO, Companies who are hiring skilled employees, Hiring for Senior Leaderships to Senior Executives.
Develop strong relationships with the clients to keep and continue doing business with them.
About the compensation:
Once you have clients already we can discuss with the offer, but the offer start at 40,000 pesos plus, performance incentives.
