Description :
- Lead efforts in contacting, acquiring, and building relationships with new clients.
- Oversee the development and maintenance of strong client relationships.
- Monitor and anticipate the evolving needs of existing clients.
- Manage high-level client relationships by pitching, setting up meetings, negotiating, contracting, and ensuring client requirements are met.
- Identify, develop, and manage strategic partnerships to support business growth and expansion.
- Conduct onsite client visits and travel as necessary to maintain and grow client accounts.
- Direct the identification and research of potential clients and market opportunities.
- Analyze customer and competitor data to gather actionable insights.
- Lead market research initiatives to stay ahead of industry trends.
- Oversee the tracking, identification, and qualification of prospects to maintain a robust sales pipeline.
- Supervise project teams to ensure contracts are executed according to client agreements and company standards.
- Deliver impactful presentations to prospective clients and internal executives.
- Collaborate with the VP to create competitive rate proposals.
- Ensure the timely preparation and submission of sales contracts.
- Monitor and report on the status of proposal components and drive the end-to-end sales process.
Requirements :
- 2+ years in business development experience focused on client acquisition and relationship management
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build and maintain rapport with clients and partners.
- Detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent negotiation and closing skills
- Effectively able to work from home while also being available to work onsite if necessary.
