- Develop lesson plans and conduct hands-on pastry techniques, including but not limited to traditional desserts, breads, and cakes.

- Demonstrate proper techniques and methods for pastry preparation, baking, and presentation.

- Collaborate with the culinary education team to design and update the curriculum for pastry courses.

• Ability to effectively teach and engage students of varying skill levels.

• Proven experience as a Baker or similar role.

• Strong knowledge of baking techniques, ingredients, and equipment.

• Preferably with at least years of experience in the same F&B industry.

• Flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

• Has passion for Food & Beverage.
