Description

Overview: As a Brand Officer, you will assist the Brand Manager and Supervisors in executing marketing campaigns, managing brand activities, and driving brand presence across various platforms. You will play a key role in the implementation and legwork of campaigns, and marketing initiatives, and ensuring brand consistency throughout all marketing efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Campaign Support:

-Assist in the development and implementation of marketing and brand campaigns.

- Conduct research to support the creation of campaigns, including audience insights, competitor analysis, and market trends.

- Coordinate logistics for campaign execution, including vendor management, resource allocation, and event planning.

- Manage on-ground activities and support physical aspects of campaign execution such as events and product launches.

- Assist in the production and distribution of marketing collaterals (flyers, brochures, digital assets, etc.).

  • Marketing Initiatives:

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement marketing initiatives that drive brand awareness and engagement.

- Coordinate and assist with the creation of content for social media, email marketing, and other communication channels to ensure alignment with brand objectives.

- Monitor and track the performance of ongoing campaigns, providing feedback and insights to the Brand Manager and Supervisors.

  • Brand Management:

- Ensure that all marketing activities/communications are consistent with the brand’s identity, values, and branding guidelines.

- Conduct regular reviews of marketing collateral to ensure it aligns with brand standards and objectives.

- Provide administrative support such as scheduling meetings, maintaining brand calendars, and preparing reports.


Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in brand management, marketing, or a related role.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Canva.
  • Familiarity with campaign management, sales promotions and events (preferred)
