BRANCH MANAGER

A Branch Manager at New RBW Marketing oversees daily food distribution operations, sales strategies, and staff, aiming to meet branch profitability and growth targets. Key duties include managing inventory and logistics, driving sales performance, leading team personnel, ensuring company compliance, and maintaining strong client relationships, requiring 2-5 years of FMCG experience. 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:

• Operational Management: Oversee day-to-day warehouse operations, logistics, inventory control, and stock movement to ensure product availability.
• Sales & Growth Strategy: Develop and implement strategies to meet sales targets, expand market presence, and increase market share.
• Staff Leadership: Recruit, train, motivate, and evaluate branch personnel to maintain a productive and efficient team.
• Client & Supplier Relations: Maintain relationships with retailers, distributors, and suppliers to ensure customer satisfaction and efficient deliveries.
• Compliance & Reporting: Ensure adherence to company policies and safety standards; submit regular financial and inventory reports to the head office. 

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Experience: 2–5 years in FMCG, retail, or distribution management.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
• Skills: Strong leadership, communication, analytical, and decision-making skills.
• Other: Willingness to do field work.
