Description :
- Manage the business performance of the restaurant in accordance to the agreed targets
- Analyze and plan restaurant sales level and profitability
- Manage the branch to meet or exceed standards in quality control, safety, hygiene, and sanitation
- Consistently monitor product and labor costs to remain within targets
- Identify and delegate responsibilities to team leaders and staff to ensure objectives are met and excellent service is consistently achieved
- Lead the implementation of Banapple restaurant policies and procedures, including those for cash handling and food safety
- Create a positve guest experience by delivering a high level of service and ensuring all staff engage guests to understand their needs and exceed expectations; Respond to customer queries and complaints
- Recruit, train, manage and motivate staff; Provide coaching and feedback to team leaders and staff and assess performance
- Prepare employees' shift schedule
- Prepare reports as required by the Management
Requirements :
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Food & Beverage Services Management, Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel Management or equivalent.
- At least 5 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Knowledgeable in restaurant operations, staff management, and preparation of profit and loss statement and other reports
- Strong planning and organizational skills
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Ability to work independently and confidently make business decisions
- Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills
