Description

·      Lead and oversee daily retail operations for maximal effectiveness and efficiency within the store.

·      Implement strategies to strengthen client relationships, drive store sales, and enhance team performance.

·      Manage staffing, scheduling, and training for store personnel, ensuring exemplary service standards.

·      Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to align store operations with broader corporate goals.

·      Monitor operational compliance, inventory control, and maintain financial budgets.

·      Other tasks that may be assigned from time to time

Requirement

·      Minimum Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or relevant field

 

Experience Level:

·      1 to 3 years of experience in retail management or similar role

 

Skills and Competencies:

·      Proficient in marketing and promotion strategy development

·      Well-versed in inventory management techniques

·      Strong sales management capabilities

·      Expertise in customer relationship and satisfaction management

 

Responsibilities and Duties:

·      Oversee daily store operations to ensure efficiency and profitability

·      Manage and mentor store staff to achieve targets and high performance
