Description
Represent Helpro Multipurpose Cooperative within the recruitment industry, driving sales initiatives to secure new clients and strengthen relationships with existing ones.
Actively engage with potential clients to identify their hiring needs and position Helpro as their recruitment partner of choice.
Pioneer sales strategies responding to market trends to hit or exceed sales targets. Regularly feed back insights to our marketing and recruitment teams.
Facilitate seamless onboarding for new clients and ensure our recruitment solutions align with their enterprise objectives.
Provide exceptional client service, collaborating with various internal teams to deliver tailored recruitment experiences.
Requirement
Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or relevant field.
Experience Level: At least 2 years of experience in sales, with a track record of achieving targets.
Skills and Competencies: Excellent public speaking and negotiation skills; proficiency in sales support and training; experienced in sales management; adept at creative problem-solving.
Responsibilities and Duties: Identify and pursue sales opportunities; develop and maintain customer relationships; conduct presentations and product demonstrations; meet and exceed sales targets.
Working Conditions: Office setting with frequent travel required for client meetings and presentations; must be able to work flexible hours.
Qualities and Traits: Highly motivated with strong relationship-building skills; exceptional presentation abilities; able to work both independently and in a team environment.
