Qualifications:

• At least 6 months to 1 year of experience as a Barista, Food & Beverage Crew, or in a customer service-related role.
• Knowledgeable in branch operations, including customer service, cash handling, inventory management, sales reporting, and food safety standards.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle customer concerns and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
• Can work full-time onsite and is preferably residing in Bacolod or nearby areas and willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed.
• Can perform other duties as assigned by the management to meet business needs.
