Description

Oversee operations of food and beverage services at Sharks Billiards Association.
Ensure high-quality standards for customer service within the sports and recreation industry.
Manage inventory, place orders, and maintain budget control.
Train and supervise staff, schedule shifts, and enforce health regulations.
Coordinate with event planners for seamless service delivery during tournaments.
Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues with professionalism.

Requirements

Educational Qualifications: Must possess a minimum of a Diploma in Hospitality, Food Service Management, or related field.
Experience Level: At least <1 year of experience in food and beverage service, with previous supervisory experience preferred.
Skills and Competencies: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, knowledge of food safety regulations, ability to manage inventory and control costs, adept at using point of sale systems.
Responsibilities and Duties: Oversee day-to-day F&B operations, ensure customer satisfaction, train and manage staff, enforce health and safety regulations, conduct inventory checks, and manage budget.
Working Conditions: Must be willing to work in shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Should be able to stand for long periods and lift moderate weights.
