• Administrative supervision over personnel.
• Responsible for all client communications, conflict resolution, and compliance on client deliverables and revenue.
• Create marketing and financial plans.
• Keep and maintain service and inventory records.
• Overseeing the service operations of a company to ensure quality customer support and after-sales services.

Qualifications:

• With Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Automotive Technology, or any related course;
• With at least (3) years experience in automotive aftersales;
• Must have demonstrated skills in Auto Workshop/Service Center Management
• Experience in managing systems, processes, and people.
• Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office/Excel.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong ability to Multi-task.
• Pay attention to detail and non-verbal communication.
