Description

  • Drive sales by establishing trustworthy relationships with clients and understanding their heavy equipment parts needs.
  • Maintain extensive knowledge of HAKATA POWER MACHINERIES INC.'s product line, trends and competitive offers.
  • Steer efforts towards lead generation, follow-up, and customer service to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
  • Collaborate with parts and service departments to optimize the sales process within the heavy equipment industry.
  • Meet and surpass sales targets while adhering to company policies and industry regulations.

Requirement

  • Educational Qualifications: Candidates must hold at least a Diploma degree in a related field.
  • Experience Level: No less than 1 year of experience in automotive parts sales or a related area.
  • Skills and Competencies: Exceptional interpersonal skills, financially literate, and equipped with strong written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Responsibilities and Duties: Includes managing sales transactions, providing product information, maintaining customer relationships, and achieving sales targets.
  • Working Conditions: This role may require working in diverse settings, including showrooms, parts counters, and occasional field visits.
