Job Responsibilities:

• Audit Management: Plan and execute audits according to established standards and regulations, ensuring comprehensive coverage of all financial and operational aspects.
• Tax Compliance: Oversee tax planning and compliance tasks, ensuring adherence to local, state, and federal regulations. Prepare and review tax returns and ensure timely submissions.
• Financial Reporting and Analysis: Conduct detailed analysis of audit findings and prepare reports that provide insightful observations and recommendations. Assist in the preparation of financial statements and periodic reports.
• Team Supervision: Supervise and mentor a team of tax and audit professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure accuracy and efficiency in all processes.
• Regulatory Updates: Stay abreast of the latest changes in tax laws and audit regulations. Implement necessary updates to practices and procedures to comply with new requirements.
• Client Interaction: Maintain strong relationships with clients, providing them with regular updates and consultations on their tax and audit matters. Address client inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
• Government Permits and Licensing: Oversee the processing and management of government-related permits and licenses, ensuring that all organizational operations comply with necessary legal standards.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, must be a certified public accountant (CPA)
• Experience: Minimum of 3 years' experience in tax and audit roles with proven track record in managing comprehensive audits and tax compliance.
• Skills: In-depth knowledge of auditing standards, tax regulations, and financial reporting. Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills. Proficiency in audit software and tools, as well as Microsoft Office Suite.
