Description


The Associate, Real Time Management will be responsible in overseeing aspects of workforce real-time optimization, performing various functions including but not limited to, planning, creating, and communicating forecasts and schedules with the goal of enabling continuous workflow projects for the company operations.


Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Daily management of service levels and other relevant key metrics of Operations such as Productivity, Quality, and Attendance.
  • Daily management of the following parameters for operational incentives
  • Attendance Coaching
  • Head Count Monitoring
  • Hourly Updates
  • Overbreak Tracker
  • SOD Reports
  • Lost Hours Backup
  • Daily Production Trend
  • Leave Requests
  • Sick Leave Validation
  • Break Monitoring
  • Public Address (PA) System
  • Real time monitoring and workforce management, making necessary adjustments to maximize resources and achieve business objectives
  • Ensure effective staffing, scheduling, and use of diagnostic methods to create performance reports.
  • Overall management of schedules and shift activities (break schedules, team shift, training, vacation, meeting, overtime, and etc.)
  • Perform other job-related duties as assigned by immediate superior
  • Create an effective ambiance to enhance the production's atmosphere.

Requirements

  • Proven work experience with Workforce Optimization and Management
  • Highly proficient in MS Office applications
  • Comprehensive understanding of business reporting activities and processes


Minimum Qualifications:

  • Graduate of BS Information Systems, Information Technology, or any relevant course
  • At least 1-2 years of working experience in any related field
  • Excellent English (verbal and written) communication skills
  • Highly analytical and data driven
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to drastic changes in information, process, direction, or workflow
  • Amenable to work on shifting schedule
  • Can work on-site at McKinley Hill, Taguig
