Sales Strategy and Management

Description

  • Directly supervises all field sales personnel. Assist Technical Representative in planning, organizing and executing sales calls/activities.
  • Maps-out sales strategies.
  • Collates market data (competitors pricing and activities).
  • Assists and conducts annual sales workshops.
  • Assists updating of price list.
  • Checks correctness of entries on customer order forms and recommends approval of customer orders.

Requirement

  • Must have at least 5 years experience in construction and industrial sales.
  • A college graduate.
  • Good in sales negotiations.
  • With good written and oral communications skills.
