Maintain quality and production standards in baking a variety of breads, pastries, and other products.
Follow recipes and oversee the entire baking process, from ingredient selection to mixing, proofing, baking, and decoration.
Ensure kitchen compliance with health and safety regulations.
Work collaboratively with team.
Continuously develop baking skills and contribute to menu innovation.
Follows baker for other duties as needed

Educational Qualifications: Minimum of High/Senior High School degree; additional culinary training or certifications preferred.
Experience Level: Entry-level position, less than 1 year of experience required; on-the-job training provided.
Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in kitchen hygiene, customer service orientation, keen attention to detail, strong food preparation and baking skills, and a solid understanding of food safety protocols.
Responsibilities and Duties: Preparation of baked goods, maintaining cleanliness of baking equipment, following recipes, decorating baked products, ensuring quality control, and providing excellent customer service.
Working Conditions: Fast-paced kitchen environment, requiring long periods of standing, exposure to hot ovens, and working early mornings, weekends, and holidays.
Qualities and Traits: Creative, reliable, able to work independently, patient, adaptable, with a passion for baking and a desire to learn and grow in the profession.
