Utilize proven art skills and experience to create and implement new projects
Ensure a high standard of visual execution across all media and campaigns
Collaborate with the creative team in conceptualizing campaigns and developing work that meet Client’s strategic business intent and objectives
Ensure visual communication and brand standards are met
Deliver projects within time frame and according to target
Work with internal and external teams to ensure maximum effectiveness of concepts
Oversee production, checking for quality of output and integrity of concept, seeing the project through to final execution
Participate in client pitches and proposals

Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Advertising, or a related field.
1-3 years of experience as a Junior Art Director or in a similar creative role within an advertising or design agency.
Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign. Familiarity with After Effects is a plus
Strong understanding of design principles, including typography, layout, color theory, and branding.
Experience in creating assets for both print and digital media.
Ability to work well in a team environment, fostering collaboration and creativity.
Strong attention to detail to ensure high-quality design output.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Willingness to learn and adapt to new tools, technologies, and creative challenges.
Receptive to constructive criticism and able to integrate feedback into design work.
