Description
- Liaise with senior management to set sales targets for the region.
- Supervise and evaluate store managers and staff within the area.
- Develop strategies to increase market share and profitability.
- Maintain excellent customer service standards in all locations.
- Oversee recruitments, trainings, and performance evaluations of area personnel.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations at each site.
- Monitor regional market trends and competitor activity.
- Manage budgets and forecast sales to optimize profits.
- Report regularly on area performance and challenges to executives.
