Description

The Area Sales Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily store operations, managing staff, and ensuring a high standard of customer service. This role requires a strong leader who can drive sales, motivate the team, and maintain store efficiency.


  • Supervise and motivate a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets and deliver outstanding customer service.
  • Schedule staff shifts and manage employee performance, including conducting performance reviews.
  • Implement and oversee sales promotions and merchandising strategies to maximize store revenue.
  • Manage inventory levels, including receiving and stocking products, and conduct regular inventory audits.
  • Oversee cash handling and financial transactions, including balancing registers and preparing bank deposits.
  • Handle administrative tasks such as processing returns, managing store records, and maintaining compliance with company policies.
  • Foster a customer-focused environment by building relationships and addressing customer feedback and concerns.


Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree in Business, Retail Management, or related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 1 year of retail experience, with at least 6 months to 1 year in a supervisory or leadership role.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in retail management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
