Responsible for developing and strengthening alumni involvement through implementation of alumni projects/programs

• Designs and implements fundraising projects/programs for scholarship, donation to the college, and other school activities
• Serves as the liaison between the College and the Alumni Association.
• Develops benefit package to entice life-long relationships with Alumni Association members
• Proactively supports WCC Alumni Association’s programs and activities
• Works closely with college dean, campus groups, and the Alumni Association in planning and implementing activities and programs
• Acts as the campus representative for sponsored events
• Develops, monitors, updates, maintains and safe keeps alumni related information and transactions which includes but not limited to:
• Alumni Tracer/Database
• Alumni association’s calendar of events,
• Fundraising programs
• Submits monthly, per semester, and annual reports
• Ensures that QMS and other accreditation standards are implemented, monitored and documented.
• Performs any other tasks that may be assigned from time to time by the immediate superior.

Education:

• Graduate of any 4-year related course
