Key Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair residential, commercial, and industrial air conditioning and refrigeration systems.
• Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance on HVAC equipment to ensure optimal performance.
• Diagnose electrical, mechanical, and refrigeration system faults and perform necessary repairs.
• Inspect compressors, condensers, evaporators, motors, thermostats, refrigerant lines, and other HVAC components.
• Perform refrigerant charging, leak detection, recovery, and evacuation in accordance with environmental and safety regulations.
• Read and interpret technical drawings, wiring diagrams, manuals, and equipment specifications.
• Conduct operational testing and commissioning of newly installed air conditioning systems.
• Prepare service reports, maintenance records, and documentation after every service activity.
• Recommend repairs, replacement parts, or equipment upgrades when necessary.
• Ensure proper use and maintenance of tools, testing equipment, and service vehicles.
• Observe company safety policies, manufacturer guidelines, and government regulations while performing work.
• Coordinate with supervisors, engineers, and clients regarding service schedules and project requirements.
• Perform emergency service calls and other related duties as assigned by management.

Job Requirements

• Graduate of Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Technology, Mechanical Technology, Industrial Technology, or any related vocational or technical course.
• TESDA National Certificate (NC II) in Refrigeration and Air Conditioning (RAC) Servicing is preferred.
• Preferably with at least 1–2 years of experience in HVAC installation, maintenance, and repair.
• Fresh graduates with relevant technical training are welcome to apply.
• Knowledgeable in HVAC systems, refrigeration principles, electrical troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance.
• Able to read and interpret technical drawings, electrical diagrams, and equipment manuals.
• Familiar with the proper handling of refrigerants and HVAC service tools.
• Physically fit and willing to work on-site, at heights, or in confined spaces when required.
• Willing to travel to project sites and render overtime when necessary.
• Possesses good problem-solving, communication, and customer service skills.
