Description
- Build and develop a network of TikTok affiliates for assigned product categories.
- Create and implement strategies to recruit and engage affiliates.
- Monitor and analyze affiliate performance and campaign effectiveness.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align affiliate strategies with brand goals.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in affiliate marketing or partnership management.
- Familiarity with TikTok and its influencer landscape.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret performance data.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
