Requirements
- Education: High/Senior High School diploma or equivalent is required.
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year in the beauty or aesthetic industry.
- Skills and Competencies: Knowledge of skincare and beauty products, excellent communication, salesmanship, and customer service abilities.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Consult with clients to recommend treatments and products, perform skin analyses, maintain a clean and organized work area, and stay informed about the latest industry trends.
- Working Conditions: Work in a retail or salon/spa environment, may include weekends and evenings.
- Qualities and Traits: Passionate about beauty, detail-oriented, empathetic, with a professional appearance and demeanor.
