JOB DESCRIPTION

The Recruitment Supervisor will supervise recruiters and ensure hiring targets, candidate quality, and recruitment service standards are achieved. This position requires proven experience guiding employees, coordinating daily work, and maintaining team performance.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assign requisitions and monitor recruiter workload and hiring progress.

• Review sourcing, screening, endorsement, interview, and offer performance.

• Coach recruiters and address quality or productivity gaps.

• Coordinate difficult requirements and major stakeholder concerns.

• Prepare recruitment forecasts, reports, and corrective action plans.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.

• 3–5 years of recruitment experience, including supervisory or team leadership responsibility.

• Previous recruitment team leadership or supervisory experience is required.

• Strong sourcing, interviewing, coaching, and hiring analytics skills.

• Able to manage high-volume and specialized recruitment requirements.

• Good stakeholder and candidate communication.
