JOB DESCRIPTION

The HR Business Partner will partner with business leaders on workforce planning, employee relations, performance, and organizational needs. The successful candidate should be organized, capable in the relevant field, and able to work professionally with the assigned team.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Understand business priorities and translate them into people-related actions.

• Advise leaders on organization, performance, employee relations, and talent matters.

• Review workforce trends, retention risks, and employee feedback.

• Coordinate HR programs with recruitment, compensation, learning, and operations teams.

• Support change initiatives and leadership decision-making.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.

• 4–6 years of progressive HR experience, including business partnering or senior generalist responsibility.

• Strong HR generalist and business partnering experience.

• Good knowledge of Philippine labor practices and employee relations.

• Able to influence leaders using data and practical HR judgment.

• Strong stakeholder management and communication.
