Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant with experience in both HR and accounting tasks. The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive support to our administrative, HR, and finance departments, ensuring efficient day-to-day operations. This role requires a proactive individual who can handle multiple tasks with precision and maintain confidentiality.


Administrative Support:

  • Manage and organize office operations, including scheduling, filing, and correspondence.
  • Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations as required.
  • Maintain office supplies inventory and order as necessary.


HR Support:

  • Assist with recruitment processes, including posting job ads, scheduling interviews, and coordinating onboarding processes.
  • Maintain and update employee records, including attendance, benefits, and performance evaluations.
  • Support the preparation and distribution of HR-related communications and documents.
  • Assist in coordinating training sessions and employee development programs.


Accounting Support:

  • Process accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely payments and collections.
  • Assist with payroll processing, including timesheet verification and updating payroll records.
  • Reconcile bank statements and manage expense reports.
  • Assist in preparing financial reports and maintaining financial records.



Requirement

  • 3 - 5 Years of experience
  • Bachelor's degree required
