Description

  • Supporting the Secretarial Team: Provide assistance to the secretarial team as needed.
  • Filing System: Implement and maintain an effective filing system.
  • Document Management: Photocopy, bind, and store company documents.
  • Database Management: Frequently update contact details on the company database.
  • Handling Calls: Ensure all incoming calls are answered promptly and take clear, accurate messages when necessary.
  • Mail Management: Collect and distribute all incoming post and deliveries, and manage outgoing post and couriers.
  • Diary Management: Assist with diary management, including organizing travel, accommodation, and email correspondence.


Requirements

  • Skills: Competent with Microsoft Office suite, excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Personality Traits: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, adaptable, brilliant time management skills, highly motivated, positive attitude, and a desire to learn.
