1. HUMAN RESOURCES (HRS). Oversees the development, implementation and monitoring & evaluation of Human Resources systems and functions, that include:
1.1 Employee relations and discipline;
1.2 Compliance with mandatory and regulatory standards;
1.3 Recruitment: Assessing staffing needs and hiring employees; and
1.4 Developing compensation plans
2. ORGANIZATIONAL DEVELOPMENT (ORD). Directs the creation and implementation of programs and policies that govern organizational growth and achievement of the company goals while focusing on the monitoring and evaluation of the following functions:
2.1 Performance management;
2.2 Learning and development;
2.3 Lean management utilizing the principles of Quality Management System (QMS), 5S and Kaizen;
2.4 Employee engagement; and
2.5 Assigned corporate activities.
3. ADMINISTRATIVE DUTIES
3.1 Monitor and/or improve the department head's performance through coaching, mentoring and discipline and by planning and appraising job results.
3.2 Oversee the development and implementation of training and quality management programs for new hires and experienced employees;
3.3 Create, refine and implement operational policies and procedures;
3.4 Review and monitor the planning and execution of the service group/departments' budget;
3.5 Ensure internal communication-related tasks and plans are executed on time;
3.6 Guide the authorized representative in carrying out building administration functions;
3.7 Participate in regular and scheduled meetings, audits and management reviews; and
3.8 Carry out other relevant assignments as tasked by the President or other designated officers of the Board.
