Description

  • Prepare and submit necessary permits and licenses, and documents needed.
  • Draft business correspondence and proposals to potential suppliers, or office management.
  • Record and file keeping of company documents.
  • Transcribe minutes of the meeting and follow-through carry-over items to Person-in-Charge
  • Prepares Manpower Requests for necessary manpower requirement.


Requirements

  • At least College Graduate.
  • With 1-2 years of experience in being an Admin Assistant is an advantage.
  • Willing to do overtime whenever necessary.
  • Computer literate, with Advance knowledge in Microsoft Office.
  • Proficient in English language, both written and oral.
  • Keen to details.
